This Chinese New Year, celebrate the season of togetherness from 20 January to 12 February 2025 with a line-up of festive favourites prepared with the restaurant’s signature cooking style of open wood-fire grilling.

Usher in auspicious tidings for the year ahead with: 

  • Citrus-Fed Wagyu Yusheng ($88++, serves 4 to 6), a luxurious take on the traditional Lunar New Year dish

  • Bak Kwa (Candied Bacon) ($25++, serves 4 to 6), streaky bacon decadently glazed with maple syrup, brown sugar, and crushed black pepper

  • Bountiful Barbecue Platter ($198++, serves 4 to 5), a spread of Crispy Pork Knuckle, Grilled Whole Red Snapper, Twice-Cooked Boneless Beef Ribs, Chilli Lime Sakura Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Grilled Asparagus, Pickled Cucumber and Beetroot Buns

  • Prosperity Set Menu ($388++, serves 6 to 7), an elaborate celebratory meal with the Citrus-Fed Wagyu Yusheng and Bak Kwa, followed by all the dishes in the Bountiful Barbecue Platter, and Apple Crumble to round off the festive meal
